Pie Crust

I use 1/3 cup Crisco to 1 cup flour.
 
1 1/3  cups flour
˝ tsp salt
˝ cup Crisco
3 Tbsp water
 
Mix above—dry ingredients then Crisco. Blend til fairly course, add water and mix, roll out makes crust for 9 inch pie.
