tomato juice

crushed
garlic buds
pinch
oregano and cumin
¼ cup
flour
¼ cup
shortening
2 Tbsp
chili powder
½ tsp
salt
1¼ cup water
In fry
pan brown flour and chili powder in oil, stir in
tomato juice and water. Add seasonings. Simmer 15 to 25 minutes.
Wonderful
served over bean burros or throw a
