3 Tbsp maraschino
cherries, chopped 1/3 cup
chopped nuts
2 cups
sour cream
¾ cup
sugar
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
1 small
can crushed pineapple, drained
1 banana,
chopped fine
Combine
ingredients, blending well. Pour mixture into paper
lined muffin tins and freeze. Remove from muffin tin and store in
plastic bag.
Makes 9 to 10 individual salads or desserts. I loved
