Indian Fry Bread

4 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1˝ tsp salt
2 cups water
 
Stir dry ingredients together add water and stir. Take a fist full of dough and pat back and forth in your hands until it is about the size of a small plate. Fry in hot grease until golden brown. Turn and brown on other side. Serve with chili, soup, salads, beans, etc. Cover with honey—delicious.
