Hummingbird Cake

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1½ cups salad oil
1½ tsp vanilla
1 8-oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups chopped bananas

Mix together dry ingredients. Stir eggs and oil into dry ingredients until moist. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes in a sheet cake pan.

Cream Cheese Frosting

1 8-oz package cream cheese
½ cup margarine
1 16-oz box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
 
Cream cheese, add butter. Cream together, add sugar and vanilla.
