oats
2¼ cups
boiling water
¾ cup
oleo
1½ cups
white sugar
1½ cups
brown sugar
3 eggs
2¼ cups
flour
1½ tsp
cinnamon
1½ tsp
soda
¾ tsp
salt
Add water to oats. Soak
20 minutes. Mix other ingredients
and add oats. Bake in 9x13 greased and floured pan at 350° for
35 to 45 minutes.
Icing
1 stick
oleo
½ cup
evaporated milk
1 cup
brown sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
1 cup
coconut
nuts
Boil
until
frosting becomes bubbly. Frost cooled cake.
