I double
this recipe and use Cool
Whip instead of whipping cream.
1 small
can crushed pineapple
1 pkg
orange Jello
1 3-oz
pkg
cream cheese
1 cup
whipping cream
1
grated
carrot
Drain pineapple, reserve
juice. Add water to juice to make
1 cup. Heat to boiling, add to Jello and cream cheese. Beat til smooth.
Cool,
stirring occasionally. Whip cram and fold with carrot and pineapple
into Jello.
Pour into 1-qt mold and chill.
