Libby’s pumpkin
1 12-oz
can evaporated milk
Mix sugar, salt and
spices in bowl, beat eggs in large
bowl, stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mix. Stir in milk, pour into pie
shell.
Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º and bake 40 to
50
minutes or til knife inserted in center comes out clean.
