Easy Oven Roast
3 to 3½ pound roast
2 Tbsp steak sauce
2 Tbsp dry onion soup mix
1 10¾ oz-can Golden Mushrooom soup, undiluted
Put roast in pan, brush with steak sauce and sprinkle with soup mix. Spoon soup over top and bake 350º two hours or so.
