I like tacos made with
ground meat.
Cook 1 lb or more of
ground meat with chopped onion til
done. Add garlic powder and salt. Fill corn tortillas with meat, fold
and fry
in oil. Brown on one side and turn to brown on other side. Fill with
cheese.
Serve with hot sauce and lettuce and tomato salad sprinkled with crushed, dried oregano. Makes a dozen or
so.
How could we
live without these? I remember Mom had to fry several dozen of these
because we
