2 cups
flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
lard
2/3 cup
cold water (approximately)
Mix
dry ingredients. Work in lard as for pie crust. Add
enough water to make stiff dough. Knead, let set 10 minutes (covered).
Shape in
balls and roll very thin. Cook on hot griddle.
