Mix above
and beat on No. 3 speed.
Meanwhile,
melt 2 Tbsp oleo in a 9x13x2 pan. Sprinkle with
¼ cup brown sugar. Arrange drained pineapple slices over sugar. Place
maraschino cherry in center of each pineapple slice. Add pecan halves.
Pour
cake batter over fruit. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Cool in pan. Invert on
serving
plate.
